Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through the ROTAS69 online shop (SIA MANUM). Orders for delivery to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are placed on www.rotas69.lv, www.rotas69.lt and www.rotas69.ee respectively, and orders for delivery to the countries listed in the section “Courier delivery in Europe” are placed on www.rotas69.com. Here you will find full information on delivery methods, prices, delivery times, parcel tracking and what to do in unforeseen situations. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

• Orders placed by 13:00 on a working day (Latvian time) are handed over for delivery the same day.
• Delivery to a parcel locker in Latvia — from €1,71; in 99% of cases the parcel is in the locker the very next working day.
• Free delivery to a parcel locker anywhere in the Baltics on orders from €30.
• We also deliver by DPD courier to your address anywhere in the Baltics (€7,99) and to most European countries.
• We email you a tracking number for every parcel.

Order processing

We process and dispatch orders on working days. If your order is placed and paid for by 13:00 on a working day, Latvian time, we hand it over to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 13:00, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

As soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation with the parcel tracking number at the email address given in your order.

Delivery to parcel lockers in the Baltics

The most convenient and economical way to receive your order is a parcel locker. At checkout, choose the parcel locker nearest to you from the list provided. Delivery to a parcel locker in the Baltics usually takes 1–2 working days; if your order is placed by 13:00 on a working day, in 99% of cases the parcel is in the locker the very next working day.

Free delivery

In Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, delivery to a parcel locker is free when your order total reaches €30.

In other European countries, DPD courier delivery is free once your order reaches the amount shown for that country in the table (see the section “Courier delivery in Europe”).

Courier delivery by DPD

If you would rather receive your parcel at home or at your office, we offer DPD courier delivery to your door. Before delivery, the courier will contact you on the phone number given in your order.

In the Baltics

Courier delivery in Europe

We deliver to most European countries by DPD courier. Once your order reaches the amount shown in the table, delivery is free.

Delivery times

• Parcel lockers in the Baltics: 1–2 working days (if you order by 13:00 — in 99% of cases the next working day).
• DPD courier in Latvia: 1–2 working days.
• DPD courier in Lithuania: 1–2 working days.
• DPD courier in Estonia: 1–3 working days.
• DPD courier in Europe: estimated delivery times for each country are given in the table “Courier delivery in Europe”; for parcels to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, delivery times may be affected by customs procedures.

The delivery times stated are approximate and are counted from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier. During busy periods (for example, the festive season), delivery may take slightly longer.

Parcel tracking

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we email you a tracking number and a link where you can follow your parcel’s journey right up until you receive it. If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 3 working days, please contact us and we will find out where your parcel is.

Collection and storage at the parcel locker

Once your parcel has been placed in the parcel locker, you will receive a text message or email from the carrier with a code to open the locker door. Parcels are usually kept in the parcel locker for 7 calendar days (the exact period depends on the parcel locker network). If the parcel is not collected within the storage period, it is returned to us. In that case, we will contact you and offer either to send it again at your expense or to cancel the order; if the order is cancelled, we deduct the actual cost of returning the parcel from the amount to be refunded.

Damaged, incomplete or lost parcels

We carefully check every piece of jewellery before dispatch and pack it securely. If, however, the parcel you receive is damaged, the packaging has been opened or something is missing from your order:

• if possible, take photos of the packaging and its contents;
• contact us within 48 hours of receipt, quoting your order number and attaching the photos.

We will contact the carrier and resolve the matter as quickly as possible — we will send the item again or refund your money. If the tracking system shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please let us know within 7 days.

Changing the delivery address

Until your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you can change the parcel locker or delivery address free of charge, either yourself on the Order status and returns page or by contacting us. You can only choose a new parcel locker or address within the same country. Once the parcel has been dispatched, a change of address is not always possible — it depends on what the carrier can offer.

Customs and taxes outside the EU

No customs duties apply to deliveries within the European Union. Parcels sent to countries outside the EU (the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway) may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or handling fees in the destination country — these are paid by the recipient in accordance with the rules of that country. These costs are not included in the price of the goods or of delivery.

Your rights

Under the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20.05.2014 “Noteikumi par distances līgumu” (Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts), the goods must reach you no later than 30 days after your order is confirmed, unless we have agreed otherwise. If delivery is delayed, you have the right to set a reasonable additional period and, if the goods are not delivered within that period either, to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund of the full amount you have paid.
